About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering practice and lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade web applications for global clients. You will work across the full stack, mentor mid-level engineers, and partner directly with architects and product owners to translate business requirements into scalable, well-tested software. This role suits an engineer who is equally comfortable writing production code and shaping technical direction.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and services for enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with architects, QA, and product owners across the full software delivery lifecycle.
  • Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code following established engineering standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor mid-level and junior engineers on the team.
  • Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high system reliability.
What We're Looking For

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a full-stack or backend-heavy role.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend framework (Python/Django, Node.js, or .NET).
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and API design principles.
  • Working experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and participating in architectural decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for direct client-facing collaboration.
