About the Role

We are looking for an ERP Functional Consultant (Odoo) to lead functional design, configuration, and rollout of Odoo ERP modules for enterprise clients. You will gather business requirements, map them to Odoo functionality, configure and test modules, and guide clients through go-live and adoption. This role suits a consultant who can bridge business process knowledge with hands-on ERP configuration.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements across finance, inventory, sales, and procurement modules.
Configure and customize Odoo modules to match client business processes.
Lead functional workshops, UAT sessions, and end-user training.
Prepare functional specifications for technical customizations and integrations.
Support data migration planning and validation during ERP rollouts.
Provide post-go-live functional support and process optimization recommendations.

What We're Looking For

Requirements

4+ years of experience implementing Odoo or comparable ERP platforms in a functional/consulting role.
Strong understanding of core business processes across finance, inventory, and sales operations.
Experience leading requirement-gathering workshops and UAT cycles.
Familiarity with Odoo module configuration; exposure to Odoo Studio or basic customization is a plus.
Strong client-facing communication and documentation skills.
Ability to travel occasionally for on-site client engagements.
