About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to act as the bridge between clients and delivery teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and actionable project plans. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze processes, document requirements, and support successful delivery of technology and ERP engagements.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from client stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for engineering and ERP delivery teams.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions with clients.
Support project planning, scope definition, and change management activities.
Coordinate UAT cycles and validate delivered solutions against requirements.
Prepare status reports, process documentation, and stakeholder presentations.

What We're Looking For

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on technology, ERP, or digital transformation projects.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
Experience working directly with client stakeholders in a consulting or delivery environment.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
